In this recipe, you will learn how to make the perfect batch of baked french fries. Note: If you can’t purchase Quaker Steak and Lube’s Lube Seasoning then just make a mixture of 1 tsp each of garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and black pepper.

Ingredients

4 large potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

4 teaspoons Quaker Steak and Lube Seasoning

kosher salt

Method

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Peel and cut potatoes into regular french fry sized pieces. About 25-30 per potato.

In a large bowl combine the olive oil and spices, add potatoes, and coat well.

Transfer potatoes with oil mixture to a baking sheet.

Bake for 30 – 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Salt to taste.

Note: I make these on Convection Bake setting and stir every 10 minutes.
