Ingredients

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

1/2 cup almonds, finely chopped

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 jalepeno, seeded and finely chopped

1/2 cup cooked, finely chopped bacon

Method

In a large skillet, toast the panko bread crumbs and almonds over medium high heat until golden. Make sure to stir constantly so they don’t burn.

In a large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients.

Form the mixture into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate the ball for at least 1 hour.

Roll ball in bread crumb mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve.
