Ingredients

1 lb favorite tortellini, cooked

16oz marinara sauce

2oz mozzarella

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup mascarpone cheese

1/4 cup parsley

2 tsp thyme

Olive oil

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl combine the marinara, mascarpone, parsley, and thyme. Whisk until well combined.

Add the tortellini to the sauce and mix well.

Grease an 8×8 baking dish with olive oil.

Add the pasta / sauce mixture to the baking dish.

Top with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, let rest 5 minutes, and serve.
