Ingredients

3 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1 tbsp vanilla extract

14oz can condensed sweetened milk

cocoa powder

Method

Melt chocolate chips in a double broiler or in a microwave stirring occasionally.

Add milk and vanilla extract and stir until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate until set and easily rolled, about 2 hours.

Shape into 1 inch balls and coat in cocoa powder (cocoa powder in a bag is easiest, just shake gently).

Keep chilled if not serving immediately.
