Ingredients

1 lb linguine

7oz jar roasted red peppers

2 cloves of garlic

1/3 cup 1/2 and 1/2

1.4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fine sea salt and ground black pepper

2 tbsp parsley

Method

Cook pasta according to directions.

In a food processor or blender, puree the red peppers and garlic.

In a large skillet over medium heat cook the pepper mixture and 1/2 and 1/2 for 2-3 minutes.

Salt and pepper to taste.
