Ingredients

1 baguette, sliced thin

1/2 cup Miracle Whip or mayo

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 oz powdered ranch dressing mix

1 seedless cucumber

1 Tbsp dill weed

Method

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, Miracle Whip, and ranch dressing powder. Mix until smooth.

Peel or stripe cucumber and slice thin.

Spread some cream cheese mixture on each piece of baguette and top with a cucumber slice.

Sprinkle with dill weed, arrange on a platter, and serve.
