Ingredients

8 ripe avocados

1-2 limes, juiced

2 tbsp hot or sweet jalapenos, chopped

1/2 cup red onion, diced

3 cloves of minced garlic

2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1 bunch of cilantro, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

Method

Cut avocados in half, remove the seed, cut flesh vertically and horizontally to make small squares without cutting into the skin. Remove squares with a spoon and put into a medium mixing bowl.

Add the lime juice, jalapenos, red onion, garlic, tomatoes, cilantro, and salt and pepper to taste.

Stir well, chill, and serve.
