Ingredients

1 lb fettuccine

1 2/3 cups heavy cream

5 tbsp butter

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Method

Cook pasta as directed.

In a large saute pan heat butter and heavy cream until it comes to a slow simmer, then remove from heat.

When pasta is finished, drain and add to the cream mixture along with the parmesan cheese.

Cook over low heat until sauce thickens and serve immediately.
