Ingredients

1 28 oz can of San Marzano tomatoes

1/2 cup olive oil

2 cloves of chopped garlic

1/2 tsp oregano

fine sea salt

Method

Puree the tomatoes until smooth.

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the garlic for 1-2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, oregano, and salt to taste.

Bring sauce to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until thickened, about 12-15 minutes.

Notice the olive oil around the outside of the pan.
