Ingredients

1 1/4 lbs cashews

2 tbs fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tbsp butter, melted

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

2 tsp brown sugar

2 tsp kosher salt

Method

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place nuts in single layer on sheet and roast for 10 minutes.
