Ingredients

1/2 lb spaghetti

1 1/2 cups of your favorite sauce

12 oz of cooked beef or sausage

2 eggs, beaten

3/4 cup shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup grated parmesan

Method

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large bowl combine the spaghetti, sauce, and the meat.

In a small bowl combine the eggs and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella and 1/4 cup of the parmesan.

Combine the cheese mixture with the spaghetti.

Transfer to a round or square 9 inch pan, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.

Uncover the pan and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and bake an additional 15 minutes.

Let rest for 15 minutes after removing from oven and then remove from pan to a cutting board.

Top with remaining 1/2 cup of the parmesan and cut into slices.
