Ingredients

2 pink grapefruits

4 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp butter, melted

fine sea salt

Method

Place oven rack 4 inches from broiler.

Halve the grapefruits and cut sections away from membrane.

Place cut side up on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle each grapefruit half with 1 tbsp of the brown sugar and then drizzle with the melted butter.
