Ingredients

1/2lb Pasta of your choice

2 Lemons zested and juiced

2tbsp Olive Oil

5 Cloves of minced garlic

1/4tsp Crushed red pepper

1/3 Cup white wine

2tbsp Butter

1tbsp Thyme

1/2tbsp Oregano

1/3 Cup grated parmesan

Method

Cook pasta in salted water till al dente. Reserve 1 cup of the water before draining.

Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium heat, add the garlic and cook till just golden.

Add the crushed red pepper, lemon juice, and white wine. Increase heat to medium-high and reduce liquid by half.

Add 2 tablespoons of the pasta water, butter, thyme, and oregano and stir until butter is melted.

Add the pasta, parmesan, and lemon zest and toss until coated. If it is too thick, add some pasta water. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve in bowls with additional parmesan.
