Ingredients

6 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup frozen spinach, thawed

3/4 cup artichoke hearts

3/4 cup gouda, grated

1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded

1/4 scallions, chopped

1/4 cup Miracle Whip

1 tsp garlic

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 cup parmesan, grated

Method

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

combine cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, gouda, mozzarella, scallion, Miracle Whip, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl and mix until smooth.

Transfer into a 1 quart baking dish, top with parmesan and bake until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
