Ingredients

12 eggs

1 lb bacon, cooked and drained

1/2 cup milk

32 oz bag of frozen tater tots

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

salt and pepper

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Layer bacon in the bottom of a 13×9 lasagna dish.

Cover bacon with the tater tots and any other desired fillings.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, and then salt and pepper to taste.

Pour eggs over the tater tots.

Top eggs with the shredded cheese.

Bake for 1 hour or until eggs are fully set.

Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
