Ingredients

32 oz frozen tater tots

3 eggs

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 lb bulk sausage, sweet or hot

2 cups milk

2 1/2 cups shredded cheese of choice

salt and pepper

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large skillet, cook the sausage until no longer pink. Drain and layer into a 13×9 lasagna pan.

Top with 2 cups of the shredded cheese.

In a large bowl whisk together the eggs and milk then salt and pepper to taste.

Pour eggs over top of the sausage.

Top with the frozen tater tots.

Bake for 35 minutes.

Top with bacon and 1/2 cup of reserved cheese and bake an additional 5-10 minutes.

Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Note: If making the night before, cover and refrigerate after adding the tater tots.
