Ingredients

1 28oz Can San Marzano Tomatoes, drained

1 Cup fresh basil, rinsed and chopped

5 Cloves of minced garlic

5tbsp Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Method

Put the tomatoes in a saucepan and break into small pieces with the back of a wooden spoon.

Add the garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and cook over medium heat for 20-30 minutes.

Remove from heat, add salt to taste if needed, and add chopped basil leaves.
