Ingredients
4 12 oz, 1 inch thick, veal rib chops
2 cloves of chopped garlic
olive oil
1/4 sage leaves
1 tbsp rosemary
salt and pepper
Method
Mix 2 tbsp olive oil with the garlic, rosemary, and sage.
Salt and pepper the chops and drizzle with olive oil.
Grill chops over moderately high heat 5-6 minutes per side for medium.
Transfer chops to a platter and coat with the olive oil mixture, resting for 3 minutes, turning often.
Transfer to individual plates, spoon olive oil and juices over chops and serve.
