Ingredients

5 oz baby spinach

1 lb bulk sausage

6 large eggs

1 cup milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/8 tsp fine sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Coat an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray or melted butter.

In a large skillet, cook spinach over medium heat until wilted and transfer to a plate.
