Ingredients

3 large eggs

3 cups shredded frozen hash browns, thawed and drained

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 cup half-and-half

3/4 cup ham, cooked and diced

1/2 cup onion, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Press hash browns in paper towels to dry as much as possible.

In a bowl, combine the hash browns and melted butter.

Press hash browns into bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
