Ingredients

1 28 oz can of San Marzano tomatoes, chopped

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves of garlic minced

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1 anchovy fillet, chopped

1 chili pepper, seeded and diced

1 tbsp capers

1/4 tsp salt

Method

In a skillet heat the olive oil over medium heat and saute the garlic for 1 minute.

Add the olives, anchovy, chili pepper, and capers to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and salt, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until slightly thickened.
