Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved

5 tbsp olive oil

5 cloves garlic, smashed

salt

black pepper

Method

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Heat oil in an oven safe skillet over medium high heat.

Add Brussels sprouts, cut side down, garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and cook until starting to brown on bottom.

Transfer to oven, roast until tender, 10-20 minutes, shaking pan every 5 minutes.
