Ingredients

1 prepared tart shell

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup milk

10 oz semisweet chocolate morsels

2 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp salt

2 eggs

Method

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Heat the cream and milk over medium low heat in a medium sized pot until it just starts to simmer.

Remove from the heat and add the chocolate and stir until melted.

Add the sugar and salt and stir to combine.

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth, and then add the the chocolate mixture, stirring to combine.

Place tart shell on a baking sheet and pour the filling into the shell.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until top is set and shiny. If it starts to crack AT ALL remove IMMEDIATELY.

Cool before serving.
