Ingredients

1 lb long pasta

1/4 cup olive oil

3 cloves of minced garlic

Method

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta (spaghetti, linguini, fettuccine) until al dente.

In a bowl combine the garlic and olive oil and add pasta when finished, toss and serve.

Note: You can saute the garlic and olive oil if desired for a couple minutes.
